DELIVERY
The packages are delivered by GLS Hungary and Boxy courier services.
Same day home delivery:
Same-day home delivery is available only on weekdays, for orders received till 12:00 pm, and Boxy will deliver between 14.00-18.00 p.m.
EXCLUSIVELY in Budapest covering the following areas, districts: Budapest all districts, Üllő, Vecsés, Maglód, Gyömrő, Pécel, Gyál, Dunaharaszti, Szigetszentmiklós, Érd, Diósd, Budakalász, Dunakeszi, Törökbálint, Pomáz, Budaörs, Budakeszi.
Pick up from a parcel machine:
A package can also be requested at a Foxpost parcel machine or a GLS parcel machine.
After placing the order, we will notify you by e-mail about the status of your order, including the package number, and you can track your package at the link in the e-mail.
Delivery costs:
Free delivery above 14000 HUF.
Other options:
Boxy same day home delivery (weekdays only): 1699 Ft
GLS home delivery: 1398 HUF
GLS locker delivery: 1398 Ft
Foxpost parcel machine delivery: 1199 HUF
Payment on delivery: additional 499 HUF, in all cases.
PAYMENT
You can choose from the below payment options:
Online payment by credit/debit card: after creating the order, you will be redirected to the bank’s secure payment interface to enter the necessary data. In case of a successful transaction, payment is made immediately.
Digital wallet: Google Pay és Apple Pay.
PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
Payment on delivery: in case of home delivery, the price of the ordered products must be paid to the courier etiher by cash or by credit / debit card upon receipt of the package. When ordering at a Foxpost parcel machine or GLS parcel point, you can pay the price of the ordered products on the spot with a credit/debit card.
The cost of payment on delivery means an additional cost of 499 HUF in all cases.
The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the summary of the order and the confirmation e-mail.
PRODUCT RETURN
You can return the ordered product without any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. You are allowed to return only undamaged and unopened, complete products.

- Carefully repackage your product(s) and send it to the following address: 2225 Üllő, Régész utca 1. (hrsz: 3621/1).
- Keep the tracking number of the returned package ensuring your package reaches us. We are not responsible for undelivered packages.
The return and shipping costs of the product(s) are the customer’s responsibility.
As soon as the return arrives, the product(s) will be checked to ensure that they are in the same condition as when delivered, and if the product meets the criteria, we will begin processing the return. We will notify you by e-mail and refund the amount using the original payment method within 14 days.
Attention! Upon delivery, please check the package before the courier, and in case of possible damage, ask for a report and do not accept the package. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without following the protocol.
